The kitchen in coming together and will be ready for the first video blog challenge post next week! Right now I’m working on spices and herbs. Up at the top of the site you’ll notice a link to Spices & Herbs. I need some help rounding out the list of vital "Must Have!" items in the kitchen. For now I’ll be purchasing dried herbs but as I now have a planter window in the kitchen, I’ll soon be switching to fresh herbs in pots.

Great concept!
Re: spices and herbs, don’t forget to have some cayenne pepper and chili powder and some curry on hand.
They are often used in small amounts but can really perk up a dish.
You really did come up with the basics but these three came to my mind.
How much caffeine are you consuming a day? You seem to be everywhere and into everything!
Do it while you are young and enthused.
